Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 June 2026

This policy explains how Low Latency Labs ("we", "us"), an independent software studio in Singapore, handles data in connection with Nocticas (the "Service"). We follow the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

  • Account data — your email and API keys, to provide and bill the Service.
  • Run data — the targets, objectives/scripts, and resulting artifacts (screenshots, traces, network captures) you submit or generate.
  • Usage metadata — run counts, timing, and token cost, to meter usage.

How we use it

Solely to operate, secure, meter, and support the Service. We do not sell your data or use it to train models.

Sub-processors

We use a small set of providers to run the Service: Anthropic (the AI model driving agentic runs), Cloudflare (network/edge), Supabase (database for account and run metadata), and Mailgun (the test-email inbox). Run artifacts are stored on our own infrastructure.

Retention & security

Run artifacts are retained for a configurable window and then deleted. Sensitive values typed during runs are redacted before storage, and the test inbox can be encrypted at rest. Use throwaway test credentials; do not submit production secrets.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
