This policy explains how Low Latency Labs ("we", "us"), an independent software studio in Singapore, handles data in connection with Nocticas (the "Service"). We follow the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Solely to operate, secure, meter, and support the Service. We do not sell your data or use it to train models.
We rely on a small set of reputable, industry-standard providers to run the Service — covering AI model inference, network/edge delivery, database & authentication, payment processing (our payment processor holds card data; we never receive your full card number), transactional email, and product analytics. Each receives only the data needed for its function; none sell your data or use it to train models. Run artifacts are stored on our own infrastructure. A current, itemized list of our subprocessors is available to customers on request at [email protected]; we give notice of material changes.
Run artifacts are retained for a configurable window and then deleted. Sensitive values typed during runs are redacted before storage, and the test inbox can be encrypted at rest. Use throwaway test credentials; do not submit production secrets.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
