Subprocessors
Last updated: 7 June 2026
Nocticas (operated by Low Latency Labs, an independent software studio in Singapore) relies on the small set of providers below to run the Service. Each receives only the data it needs for its function. We do not sell your data or use it to train models. We give notice of new subprocessors here.
Who we use
- Anthropic — the AI model (Claude) that drives agentic runs; it reasons over your run objectives and page snapshots. Anthropic does not train on API data. (United States)
- Supabase — database and authentication for accounts, hashed API keys, and billing/usage metadata. (Hosted on AWS)
- Stripe — payment processing, the card vault, and the billing portal. Stripe holds your card data; Nocticas never receives your full card number. (United States, PCI-DSS Level 1)
- Cloudflare — network edge: the secure tunnel, CDN, and DNS in front of the Service. (Global edge)
- Mailgun — inbound email for the optional test-inbox feature (only when you use it).
- PostHog — product analytics for the marketing site and dashboard (pageviews, conversion funnel, and signup attribution); configured to respect Do-Not-Track. (United States)
Run artifacts (screenshots, traces, network captures) are stored on our own infrastructure, currently in Singapore.
Your data, your control
- Export — download your account data (identity, balances, key metadata, billing ledger, and run records) from Account → Data & privacy → Export my data.
- Erase a run — delete any run to remove its artifacts (the anonymized billing record is kept for accounting).
- Other requests — for account deletion or any PDPA request, email us.
Retention
Run artifacts are retained for a configurable window (90 days by default) and then automatically deleted. Billing records are anonymized (no personal data — just run id, cost, and timing) and retained for accounting. Sensitive values typed during runs are redacted before storage. Use throwaway test credentials; do not submit production secrets.
