These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nocticas (the "Service"), operated by Low Latency Labs, an independent software studio based in Singapore ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Nocticas is a browser-automation and end-to-end testing service. You provide a target URL and an objective or test script, and the Service exercises that target and returns results. You are responsible for ensuring you are authorised to test any target you submit.
You agree not to use the Service to access systems you do not own or have permission to test, to attack or overload third-party systems, to violate any law, or to circumvent usage limits. We may suspend accounts that do so.
Some features consume prepaid credits or are billed on a usage basis. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You are responsible for activity under your API keys.
Run artifacts (screenshots, traces, network captures) and any credentials you supply are processed to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy. Use throwaway test accounts; do not submit production secrets you cannot afford to expose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Automated test verdicts are best-effort and may be incorrect; you remain responsible for validating results before relying on them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
